Cancellations and Changes
You can exchange or cancel your booking up until 30 minutes before the departure of the bus through:
- the “My bookings” section on the Ouibus website - free of charge
- Ouibus ticket offices - €5 fees/passenger
- the Ouibus customer service (phone) - €10 fees/passenger
If you no longer wish to travel, you can cancel your ticket directly from the "My bookings" section on the Ouibus website. You will then receive a voucher equivalent to the amount of your trip. However, no refund can be made. To exchange your ticket though the Ouibus website, please do the following:
- Go to "My bookings"
- Enter your information
- Rebook or click to cancel
- Select the changes you want to make
- Confirm your choices
Only guide dogs of visually impared travelers are allowed on board. Please keep in mind that the transport of guide dogs may be subject to the compliance with mandatory prior formalities, which it is your responsibility to check.
Bulky luggage can be transported, under the conditions that the sum of the three dimensions (height + width + depth) does not exceed 200 cm and 15 kg, against payment of a supplement of €10 and subject to availability. This includes skiing, surfing equipment and golf equipment and folding bicycles. Bulky luggage must be stored in a protective bag.
Luggage is limited to two hand-held luggage items which can be placed in the storage spaces located above the seats or under the occupied seat, and one luggage item in the hold. Luggage placed in the hold must not exceed a weight of 20 kg and the sum of the three dimensions (height + width + depth) must not exceed 170 cm in total. Except for the Paris-London and London-Paris lines, the transport of a second luggage item placed in the hold is possible with the same size and weight limits, on payment of a supplement of €5, subject to availability.
Printing your ticket is not mandatory. When boarding, you can either show the printed version, show it on your smartphone, tablet or laptop or communicate your last name or booking number to the driver. We invite you to carry your identity papers to justify your identity. To print your ticket, go to the "My bookings" on the Ouibus website and click on "download ticket".
