Cancellations and Changes
NATIONAL FARES: Tickets can be cancelled before departure and you will receive an 80% refund. Date and time changes are permitted prior to departure with a 3€ fee and an eventual price difference with the new ticket. The date of the new ticket must be for a trip within the following 30 days from the original booking. The change of itinerary is not allowed. Promo, Lowcost, Economy and Speciale fares are non-modifiable and non-cancellable.
INTERNATIONAL FARES: Cancellations are allowed 48 hours prior to departure with a 75% refund, whereas cancellations after 48 hours before departure will result in a 50% refund. It's permitted to change the date and the time with a 5 € fee for trips departing within the following 30 days after the original booking. Regular fare tickets can be modified also 72 hours after departure by paying 50% of the ticket price as penalty. Promo and Lowcost tickets are non-changeable and non-cancellable.
Discounts are available for Baltour Card or Eurolines Discount Card holders.
Animals are not allowed to be transported on night buses. Small animals can be transported during the day on buses that depart after 5:00 a.m. and arrive before 12:00 a.m. The animal must stay in a crate for the duration of the journey under the window side seat. Transporting a pet on a Baltour bus costs an additional 50% supplement of the one-way ticket.
It is allowed to take folded or disassembled bikes in a package in national routes. It is not permitted to transport bikes in international routes.
You are permitted to take one suitcase (up to 160cm in length, width and height) free of charge, as well as one piece of hand luggage.
Tickets can be delivered by email or picked up at SISAL points. They must be presented 10 minutes before departure in either physical or electronic format on national routes, 30 minutes before departure and only in printed form for international routes.
