If you’ve made a booking with GoEuro and then received an email from GoEuro reminding you to complete your booking— don’t panic. Occasionally, a reminder email can be generated and sent to you by accident.
You can make sure your booking is complete by checking your email for a booking confirmation. If you’ve received an email from GoEuro which includes a PDF attachment of your ticket or voucher, then your booking has been finalised and your ticket is valid for travel.
If you do not have a confirmation email from GoEuro, please check with your bank to see if you were charged. If you haven’t been charged, then your ticket has not been purchased and you will need to complete your booking before you can travel.
