When the booking is first initiated the ticket price is reserved on your credit card in order to confirm its validity for your and our security. If the booking process is unsuccessful, this amount is released from our side any time between a few hours to a whole day. Please be aware that some financial institutions hold pre-authorized amounts for up to 30 days.
For some customers, these pre-authorizations look like charges in their bank statements - this is because some banks don’t mention if the amount is a real charge or just a pre-authorization.
