If you were transferred to one of our partner’s websites to complete your booking, GoEuro has no access to your booking data and cannot make any changes on your behalf. This means you will need to contact the travel company directly to make any changes. The travel company’s contact information will usually be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Certain travel companies booked for on our website like to handle the customer service for their tickets themselves and therefore you will still need to contact them directly to make any changes. All the contact details you need will be printed on your ticket.
