When making a booking for a journey with Renfe, SNCF, SNCB, Trenitalia and Movelia, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from GoEuro, since the whole reservation process will be completed on our website. The tickets in PDF will be attached to this confirmation, and will have to be printed before travelling.
If you have booked a ticket with GoEuro and haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service by email: email@example.com or by phone - check out the contact page.
In all other cases, you will be redirected to the provider's website to finalize your booking and make the payment, since we do not sell the tickets directly. Should you need any information about your tickets or have not received them, we kindly invite you to contact the company you purchased them with.
